Your path is simple: review admission, register, then pay.
Quick read / Required before registration
Every adult needs admission. Your $25 ticket is already included when you purchase a vehicle or Vendor package.
Kids are simple. Ages 7+ are $10; ages 6 and under are free.
One package includes one adult. Extra passengers, guests, workers, and helpers may need separate admission.
Admission is not registration. Vehicles and Vendors still need the correct form and payment.

Follow every step in order
Step 1 — Review Admission PolicyRead the Adult, Child, Vehicle Participant, and Vendor admission policies.
Step 2 — Choose Your CategoryChoose General Admission, Car Registration, Truck Registration, Bike or Motorcycle Registration, ATV Registration, or Vendor Registration.
Step 3 — Complete the Required FormComplete the appropriate Jotform registration form before paying.
Step 4 — Choose Your Payment OptionAfter completing registration, choose either Pay in Full or Pay the $50 Non-Refundable Deposit.
Step 5 — Pay Securely Through StripeComplete the payment using the secure Stripe payment page.
Step 6 — Save Your ConfirmationSave the Jotform submission confirmation and Stripe payment receipt.
Step 7 — Pay Any Remaining Balance at the GateCustomers who select the deposit option must pay the remaining balance before entering the show area or beginning vendor setup.
Step 3 / Required before payment
Use the same full name, telephone number, and email address on your form and payment.
Submitting only a form does not complete registration. Submitting only a payment does not complete registration.

Vehicle and Vendor spaces are limited and become confirmed only after both the required form and payment are received.
Vehicle deposits leave $25 due at the gate. Vendor deposits leave $100 due before setup.
Provide complete, accurate information. Transfers to another person, vehicle, or business require organizer approval.
Severe weather or unsafe conditions may cause postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation. Any refund, transfer, or credit follows the official weather policy.
